This was my first photo shoot outside of Utah and it was SO fun! A couple months prior to this engagement shoot, Kayson (who went to high school with my brother) reached out and asked if I would be willing to travel to the Grand Tetons. Of course I said YES! I'd heard so many great things about the Tetons but had never been there before! Kayson and his sweet fiancé Amanda had gone on many dates to the Tetons hiking around and spending time with one another. It was particularly a special place for Amanda because her family had grown up going to the park many times!
We started off the session at Jenny Lake and wandered around taking pictures in the fall colored trees and on the trails near the lake. Amanda and Kayson were even brave enough to walk into the lake to get some fun photos near the end of our time at the first location. After Jenny Lake I followed their car through the park and they took me to the spot where Kayson had proposed to Amanda! It was such a cute idea to take photos there and MAN was it beautiful! The sun we just dipping past the mountains when we arrived and we had a blast running around the hillside taking photos. It was all so so memorable and I can't wait to photograph again there soon!
